Identify Type-specific Anticancer Peptides

ACPScanner Help

Getting Started

The uploaded input file should be a .zip compressed file, which includes a .pdb file in PDB format predicted by PEP-FOLD3 whose number of amino acid residues is between 10 and 50, and a .txt file from NetSurfP-3.0. An input example is available. If you have multiple peptides to run on the web server, we advise you to upload the next structure after the previous one have finished all steps of searching and aligning, it's much faster than upload all peptides at once. Please refer to Figure 1.

Figure 1. Job submission.

Once file upload is done, please click the button "submit" to run the job. Users will then be directed to the result page with job status. The analysis could also be retrieved by job ID in the result page (Figure 2).

The results include the prediction score of the first-layer classification. If the uploaded peptide is recognized as an ACP, the prediction scores of 9 specified anticancer function will be incorporated into the results (Figure 3).
